		<description>I think that persistence is a vital ingredient. You&#039;ve just got to keep at it and give your different tactics (and programs) a really good go to see if they pay off.

That said, you&#039;ve got to be able to give up on something when it isn&#039;t working, too. Continuing with something that doesn&#039;t work is just plain stupid.</description>
