I agree on many items mentioned above, David. Forums don’t get active with 5 postings a week in a fairly saturated market. You will need to stand out with something to attract visitors and to turn them into active members.

y don’t use tactics to involve existing forum owners and high profile forum members on board…

I am thinking out loud here.. how about doing some interviews with forum owners, get some case studies going … just some of the stuff that came to my mind…

Forums require a lot of work. I commend you for putting up one. Every inch of dedication will get you places. Just don’t loose hope. Why don’t you try some link exchange or banner exchange with some forums? Some allow it for free.

I used to post my earnings on here, but once I started making “good money”, I don’t like to share actual earnings with everyone.

If you walk down the street and ask someone how much they make, it’s kind of rude and most people won’t tell you.

But there’s some nice tips here and I’ll take them into account.
