A month ago when I posted about my missing Adrbite money, I really thought it was lost. Adbrite seems like a sketchy company to me at times. I mean, I’m just now receiving my April payment … and it’s July. But anyways, I checked my email this morning and saw my Adbrite payment confirmation letter. I figured “how much did they take from me this time?”
To my surprise, the money shown for my payment is actually MORE than the revenue earned for the month of April. This can only mean one thing…Adbrite is reimbursing me for the missing money from March’s payment. WOHOO! Check it out:

There is still a difference of $1 or $2, but that’s because of the monthly advertising refund assessed to your earnings. I’m just happy they came through on their promise and added the missing money to my next check. This makes me feel a lot better about Adbrite. I have more respect for them and trust them now.
Of course this doesn’t change the fact that they pay less than VCM, only mail out checks, and pay like 3 months behind instead of 1 month like most companies. But…what can you do? No company is perfect.

1Has there been any dialog between you and adbrite as to why the check was short to begin with? Regardless of the fact that they paid up, i’d want to know how the shortage happened in the first place.
