So they mailed my check yesterday.. hopefully I get it in a few days. I was able to a hold of the support team and they were very helpful. It did however take a few months to get the payment though as the accounting practice will only send out payments within a certain timeframe. Its weird that they didnt answer the call. I called them about a month ago when I was setting up my account and they answered the phone and even called back the next day to make sure everything was working. I hope it resolves itself shortly.
