It’s not often that I post on weekends, but I have some time and I’m not really doing anything today, so I thought I’d write a little post. This is going to be a personal post, because I don’t have anything to report on my network as of right now.

Movie Fest

I’ve seen two movies already this weekend, and I’m going to see one more tonight. Friday night I watched Meet Joe Black with my girlfriend. It wasn’t anything like I expected. The movie is like 10 years old by now, but I had always thought Brad Pitt played the Devil in that movie, but he actually plays Death, which is different. See Death is not always evil. Death can do good things as well and send people to heaven. Anyways, it was a good movie. Brad Pitt is one of my favorite actors so I always enjoy his movies.

Last night Katie picked The Devil Wears Prada. See wee have Netflix, so we get 3 movies at a time and then return them all and get three more. The Devil Wears Prada was your typical chick flick girly movie. It’s not a romantic comedy by any means, but there is a touch of romance in it. It’s all about fashion. So if you’re into that I recommend it, if not… then pass.

Tonight, it’s couples night, so a bunch of us are going to see Primeval. It’s a true story about a serial killer in the south African plains. Rumor has it the serial killer is actually a massive crocodile. It looks interesting and scary and it is supposed to be a true story. We’ll see how it goes.

Holiday Tomorrow

Tomorrow in the United States we are celebrating Martin Luther King Jr. Day. That means I don’t have to work! Not all companies give off for this holiday, but mine does. Government buildings and banks are all closed as well.
